This on-site position will be based in Heraklion, Crete!

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

Talent Sourcing: Utilize your network & expertise to source, assess, & match hospitality, skilled trade & engineering candidates with our client's needs.

Client Engagement: Foster enduring relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment needs & delivering tailored candidates' shortlists.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive journey for job seekers, guiding them through the recruiting process.

Team Spirit & Engagement: Promote a collaborative team spirit, providing industry knowledge & support to the branch manager to achieve collective goals.

Requested requirements:

• University degree in Business, or HRM (Master's degree would be a plus)
• Fluency in Greek & English written & spoken
• ATS systems' literacy
• Knowledge of different interview techniques
• PC literacy

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiter, HR Consultant, or TA Specialist
