CONTRACT SPECIALIST (YIELDING)

We are looking for an experienced Contract Specialist (Yielding) to join our dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working for all yielding activities in line with the needs and targets of source markets.
• Evaluating and taking necessary actions based on reports and analyses from source markets.
• Negotiating yielding conditions with hotel partners and establishing strong relationships and collaborations.
• Uploading of various yieldingtasks to system
• Handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining e keen focus on follow-ups and meeting deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel agency or hotel industry with understanding of contracting, reservation, product and pricing
• Strong communication skills verbally and in written in English
• Having experience in German Speaking Markets is preferable
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate efficiently with various departments.
• Capable of problem solving, questioning, researching.
• Analytical thinking
• Open to self-improvement
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively in business
• Be able to take responsibility for task tracking
• Compatible to teamwork
• Resident or able to reside in Heraklion,Crete
