AREA CONTRACT AND SALES MANAGER:
TRAVEL SWEETY, a Leading DMC based in Greece, is looking for AREA CONTRACT AND SALES MANAGER to join our team in both Athens and Heraklion Crete offices!
As an AREA CONTRACT AND SALES MANAGER, She/He will be responsible to increase revenue by achieving strategic sales deals and promotions for key online & offline accounts.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the existing Contracting team to ensure that revenue meets and exceeds the annual planned budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To ensure contracts targets are met and maintains/grows production in
the designated areas.
• To arrange every promotional flash sales campaign and check the
results daily.
• Perform contracting trips to all areas within territory and resolve all
issues (including sales, pricing, operations, IT, and credit control),
internally with other departments and externally with suppliers.
• Follow up of the performance of the contract; price comparisons,
releases, renegotiations of conditions... etc.
• Analyze the sales performance of its supplier and make accurate
recommendation based on comparisons to previous years.
• Analyze market trends and identify new streams of business for
revenue generation.
MAIN SKILLS:
• Strong experience on the hotel contracting.
• Strong experience on flash sales campaigns and bench analysis.
• Strong understanding of local suppliers and market dynamics.
• Strategic/creative thinker with ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving experience.
• Required to travel within territory.
• Fluent Greek and English (written and spoken), and knowledge of
French language will be a plus.
