Front Office Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Train, supervise and support the staff
• Schedule shifts
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service
• Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests
• Troubleshoot emergencies
• Prepare and monitor budget of labor cost
• Tracking and monitoring payments from various booking sources
• Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are implemented
Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or in related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager role in a 5* hotel environment
• Proficiency in English (oral and written)
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
Desirable Qualifications:
• Knowledge of German language
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and CRM
• Previous experience in reservation department
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
