A Day in Your Life at NEMA:
Imagine contributing to a team that drives NEMA’s presence in the luxury market. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in daily sales operations, help shape our brand strategy and oversee the seamless execution of our marketing and public relations initiatives with our partners. You’re a key player in maximizing revenue opportunities, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting a world-class guest experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Support
Execution of Sales Initiatives: Participate in implementing sales campaigns, supporting daily sales activities, and developing packages that appeal to our sophisticated clientele. You'll play a critical role in bringing our strategies to life.
Engage in Strategic Planning: Contribute ideas and insights as part of a collaborative team, assisting in crafting strategies that align with NEMA’s long-term vision for sales growth.
Digital Marketing and PR Oversight
Supervise External Partners: Oversee activities handled by our digital marketing and PR partners, ensuring that campaigns align with our brand vision and strategic goals. You’ll ensure consistency, provide input, and track performance, though campaign execution remains with our external teams.
Maintain Digital Presence: Partner with digital marketing experts to keep our online presence fresh, engaging, and true to NEMA’s standards, actively reviewing content, proposals, and strategies to support direct bookings.
Content and Brand Development
Content Management: Ensure website content and creative assets are aligned with brand standards and support NEMA’s identity as a leader in luxury hospitality.
Event Support and Promotions: Support PR activities, special events, and partnerships that reflect NEMA’s values and resonate with our audience, helping to ensure the successful rollout of campaigns designed by our PR partners.
Performance Tracking and Optimization
Monitor and Report: Track sales and marketing results, report performance metrics to the Director, and identify areas for improvement and growth.
Assist in KPI Management: Help develop KPIs to gauge success across sales and marketing efforts, ensuring all activities are aligned with revenue goals and guest engagement objectives.
What You’ll Bring:
Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field; an MSc or MBA is a plus.
Experience: 5+ years in a supportive role within luxury hospitality sales and marketing; a track record of effective campaign management and partner coordination.
Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales support, and client relations; adaptable and highly collaborative.
Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
