A totally-renovated, self-contained, two-floor house of about 80m2 + 24m2 of a roof-top living area is offered on rent for 9 months, from October 2024 to June 2025. The house is on the second street in parallel to the coastal road at the foot of the Fortezza castle, few metres away from the swimming area. The rent is 900€ per month, only for 1-4 really careful tenants who are interested in a serious agreement-contract.
