NUMO Mykonos

NUMO Mykonos is a boutique resort located in Kalafatis, where the allure of Mykonos meets the timeless charm of the 60s and 70s. Witness anew the barefoot culture in a luxury resorts the NUMO Hotels are known for. Transpose the serene beauty of the brand into the vibrant Mykonian landscape.

Main Responsibilities
• Welcoming and greeting guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service
• Managing all the necessary procedures during arrival and departure of the guests
• Providing information to guests in regards of the hotel facilities, events and services
• Handling telephone calls, emails or personal client’s requests
• Working closely with all departments and ensure guests satisfaction at all times
• Effectively handling guests’ feedback, comments or complaints
• Keep a high level of personal grooming standards and appearance
Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be an advantage
• Proven experience as Front Office Agent in a 5* luxury hotel
• Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS
• Fluency in English and in a second foreign language
• Enthusiastic, friendly & communicative personality eager to be part of a growing team
• Professional appearance and behavior aiming to provide high quality services
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, team spirit and cooperation
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take a proactive approach to understanding guests needs and desires
• Flexibility and adaptability to demanding situations
