As the Boutique Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sale, managing operations, and fostering a positive customer experience to our guests.
Mastering the Mission. Your Core Duties
Oversee day-to-day store operations
Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
Promote a welcoming and customer-centric environment
Ensure proper reporting to management
Requirements
Previous retail management experience
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong analytical abilities
