JUNIOR ARCHITECT / INTERIOR DESIGNER:

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing design firm. Our firm is young and dedicated to delivering innovative, contextual and bespoke designs, and we are looking for a highly motivated Junior Architect/Interior Designer to join our team. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, professional growth opportunity, and the chance to work on exciting, high-profile projects.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in the design and development of commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
- Work on space planning, ensuring functional and aesthetic excellence.
- Create bespoke furniture designs tailored to each project.
- Develop architectural and construction details to support design execution.
- Research and specify FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selections.
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants as needed.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables with a high degree of independence.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Space Planning and Interior Design skills
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in architecture and/or interior design.
- Strong understanding of space planning, design principles, and FF&E selection.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit(a plus), Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of construction details and materials.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to take on responsibility in a flexible, hybrid work environment.
- Experience in commercial, residential and hospitality architecture and interior design. Furniture design (a plus).
- Proficiency in English.
