BUSINESS TRAINER:

What you’ll do:

We are seeking for a Business Excellence Trainer, who will be responsible for designing and delivery of training initiatives
according to the Business Unit (VBU) strategy. This role will be in contact with various departments in VBU in order to design
and implement new training approaches that enable the company to build the necessary skills. This role focuses on ensuring
that employees within the commercial division have the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to achieve revenue and
customer satisfaction goals.

Key Accountabilities:
• Develop and update training materials for new and existing
commercial team members, including sales techniques,
product knowledge ( ICT & IOT Products) and key competencies such as negotiation, relationship building, executive
presence etc
• Conduct training sessions through multiple formats: in-person, virtual instructor-led sessions, webinars, and
workshops.
• Facilitate role-playing, simulations, and case studies to enhance learning and engage participants.
• Collaborate with commercial leaders to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
• Conduct surveys, interviews, and assessments to determine specific training needs and align training objectives with
commercial goals.
• Provide continuous development opportunities for existing employees to enhance their skills and keep up with
industry trends.
• Track and analyze training outcomes to measure the impact on employee performance and commercial metrics
(e.g., sales targets, customer satisfaction scores).
• Partner with product management, marketing, and sales teams to stay informed about new products, updates, and
industry trends that impact training content.
• Organize and monitor the accreditation process for Business teams

Who you are:
• Capability of identifying and collecting training needs to drive business strategy and help achieve both people
development and business goals
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to engage large audiences
• Proficiency in developing training materials using various methods, such as e-learning software, PowerPoint, and
hands-on exercises.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, human resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, customer service, or training roles within a commercial or corporate environment.
Experience in training and facilitation will be preferred.
• Certification in training, coaching, or instructional design is a plus.
• Proven track record in a sales-driven organization, ideally with a focus on B2B or B2C commercial operations is a
plus.
