FRENCH SPEAKING REPRESENTATIVE / HERAKLION Branch
• Destination One is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic French-speaking Sales Representative to join our team at our Heraklion branch. The main responsibility of this position is to sell tours and provide expert information about local activities and attractions to French-speaking visitors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Tour Presentation & Promotion: Actively engage with clients, presenting and promoting a range of exciting tours and excursions.
• Organize informative sessions for our clients.
• Oversee and manage tour bookings, provide assistance in fluent French to ensure clear communication and a high level of customer satisfaction. Monitor progress with sales and service updates, as well as guest feedback.
• Work closely with our team and partners.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Fluent French: Excellent written and spoken French language.
• Prior experience in the tourism industry or a similar customer-facing role is considered an advantage.
• Excellent relationship-building skills: Skilled in engaging with customers and fostering positive interactions.
• Sales Experience: A proven track record in promoting and selling products or services is beneficial.
• Professional Appearance and Behavior: A polished and professional demeanor, with a positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
