Job Description frame:
The Crete Golf Club seeks a motivated and results oriented Resort Manager to play a very crucial role as the strategic business leader of Property Operations, Hotel and Golf. Areas of responsibility include Human Resources functions, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, Event Management, Sales, Security Prevention, Engineering/Maintenance, and Golf operations.
Reports to: The Board Member of KRITIKA Golf SA assigned for the supervision of the Company

Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to Business Strategy and Execution
• Contribute to Revenue optimization and customer satisfaction
• Managing Profitability and Departmental budgets.
• Managing Property Operations
• Leading Property Operations Teams
• Managing and conducting human Resources Activities
• Works closely with Sales, Marketing & Revenue Team
• Works closely with the Golf Team

Qualifications and skills required:
• Studies in Hotel & Business Management
• Work experience in similar positions at a 5* hotel at least 2 years, including F&B and Room Division Operations.
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability in handling operational problems
• Excellent command of English
• Knowledge of any additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Computer literacy (Ms office, PMS systems, ERP Systems)
