Castello Hotels wishes to hire for the 2025 season at the luxury hotels in Sissi, Lassithi:
Front Office Manager
The Front Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the front office departments across multiple hotel properties. This role requires a seasoned hospitality professional with excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to oversee the front office teams and drive the highest standards of guest service.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar role in 4 or 5-
star hotels.
• Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written);
knowledge of German or French is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Protel
PMS is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve complex problems, and maintain a
professional appearance.
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
