Α leading player in the global infrastructure sector, is expanding its operations in Greece and is looking for a dedicated and skilled ΙΤ Engineer to join a dynamic team and thrive.
The position is full time and based in Heraklion, Crete.
Responsibilities
As an Industrial Control Engineer, your duties will include:
- Work with all the stakeholders to understand the needs and translate them into requirements.
- Collaborate with sub-system providers and collect the interface requirements to deploy and integrate applications with airport infrastructure.
- Support Package manager to do design value engineering.
- Support package manager in line with local and European standards.
- Monitor and report the works executed in line with design and local & international standards.
- Coordinate and manage the sub-contractor’s day-to-day works and make sure the contractor meets the project timeline.
- Coordinate with other services and resolve site-level issues.
- Report the daily/Weekly IT progress of works to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with non-IT contractors for the readiness of IT-related fronts for installation.
- Close coordination with all sub-system providers and enable the system interface.
Qualifications
In order for your profile to match this Industrial Control Engineer position, you need to have the following:
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Involvement in large-scale projects
- Good knowledge of BMS, SCADA and CMS
