key responsibilities
The main duties for the Project Engineer position are:
-Development of new projects in Renewable Energy (Solar PV, Wind Turbines, Energy Storage) and Tourism.
-Project permitting and property acquisition.
-Focus on project development across Greece, especially Crete.
-Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
-Conduct feasibility studies to assess site viability.
-Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders for smooth project progression.
-Manage project timelines effectively.
-Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure all technical specifications are met.
-Monitor and adapt to regulatory changes affecting project development.
qualifications
For the position of the Project Engineer, you must possess:
-Degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
-Desired postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
-Knowledge of environmental and urban planning legislation.
-2 - 6 years of experience in project development and permitting.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, and ideally GIS.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
