SUSTAINABILITY SUPERVISOR
Metaxa Hospitality Group (MHG) is an internationally multi-awarded group of companies that develops, manages, and operates Resorts and Hotels in Crete and Santorini (Greece). Metaxa Hospitality Group is looking for its Sustainability Department based in Heraklion:
Sustainability Supervisor
Main responsibilities:
• Performing market ESG research & competition mapping
• Participating in materiality assessment & sustainability reporting process
• Participating in ESG strategy processes & Sustainability programs/projects
• Participating in Sustainability Educational Trainings
Necessary qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Strong skills in ESG Reporting & Strategy
• Strong writing and critical thinking skills
• 2-3 years of experience in a relevant job position
• Fluency in English and Greek (oral and written)
Desired qualifications:
• MSc in Sustainable Development | Climate Change | Circular Economy or relevant field
• Project Management skills
• Problem-solving & communication skills
• Training skills in Sustainability | ESG Frameworks/Standards (relevant certifications will be appreciated)
